The 15 acre lake contains nothing but carp and a few pike. I stocked 3 year old British carp and 4 years later we had our first 30lber! What they`ll weigh at age 15 is anyone`s guess! The 40 acre lake is a mixed specimen lake with very fast growth rates, including 10lb bream at just 8 years old! The lake record 3 years later now stands at 13-14. Best perch is 3-13 at a maximum of only 9 years of age, whilst 7lb tench are common with the heaviest caught going 9-04.
